Journaling

It is a good thing to get things off your chest, journaling or talking to a trusted friend are the best ways. However, if something is ultra private, and secret, the best thing to do is to write it out, rip it out, shred it, and dispose of it. That way you have the benefit of the writing and the insight, which will immediately or eventually come to you, and privacy. You have complete control over what goes into your journal. I learned the word synchronicity when I started studying the concept of creativity. I’ve probably given it some added meaning over the years of being acquainted with it. A Taste of Cinnamon

The hint of cinnamon catches the back of my throat after yesterday, when I accidently poured too much in with the cocoa in my coffee filter. Cinnamon is a flavor and a revelation. Don’t you love that word? Cinnamon. It is a heavenly sacrifice of praise that lingers as my worship stays in the nostrils of the Lord.

Exciting News

We learned some exciting news this week!

Kelsay Books has contracted with our Mary Harwell Sayler for two books. Outside Eden,  Bible-based poems and Beach Songs & Wood Chimes  a book of poems for children. No definite date has been set as yet, but the editor has said they will be published this year.
